About the Host

Alan Bennett is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach where he works with business owners who are looking for financial independence, more free time, and a secure future.
In 2000, Alan opened up a gourmet meat market and grocery store in Little Rock.  By 2003, the business had added catering services and business was rapidly growing.  When the financial crisis in 2008 hit, there were tough decisions to be made and the lease was up for renewal.  By not renewing on the lease, that ended the retail business and it was not sellable.  The catering business moved to another location and business boomed.  By 2019, the business had evolved into a contract catering company that served private schools and summer camps.  Business was stable and predictable.   Alan turned his focus on learning how to help other food service companies avoid a disaterous end.  Proper business strategy and key metrics are essential to building a sustainable business and a sellable business.  As a FocalPoint business coach and a Value Builder Advisor, Alan has the education and tools to help restaurants and catering businesses thrive.
